Lui has recently remodelled our en-suite bathroom and we are thrilled with the results!

It was a major piece of work, as it involved knocking down a wall and completely stripping back to the bare plaster and floorboards. As this was a significant undertaking on our part, we were nervous about making sure that we made the right decisions. Lui was brilliant at guiding me through the various possibilities and I valued his expert advice; he was also very patient as I took my time to make decisions about the tiles and the bathroom furniture. I valued his guidance and his ability to know if something would work well or not – he gave me straight taking, sound advice which I found very helpful.

In terms of the work, I was very impressed by the manner in which Lui and Adam conducted themselves – they were efficient, very reliable and I was always pleased when I came home to see that things were tidy and clean. Lui was very professional, reliable and trustworthy at all times and I was so very pleased that we had chosen him to undertake this work for us.

Our en-suite is now a room which we want to show off to all our friends and family! I asked for the ‘wow’ factor and Lui delivered! We love the colour scheme and our new digital shower is just amazing. We shall certainly be asking Lui to take on our bathroom in the future.
