Contacted Lui about doing a boiler service. Replied straight away. Date booked, service done. Wonderful service. Not only did Lui complete the boiler service but he also recommended a unvented cylinder check and explained why it was important to have both serviced/checked. Every thing made sense even the new carbon monoxide detector. Very pleasant, punctual, professional and polite. I know who I will be contacting for any thing else heating or plumbing related.
